Eligibility Information

All regular employees who work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in the James Perse benefit plans. Your coverage will become effective on the first day of the month following your date of hire. You must be actively at work for your coverage to be effective on your eligibility date. You may enroll your eligible dependents in the benefit programs as well. Eligible dependents are defined as:

• Legal Spouses
• Qualified Domestic Partners (contact Human Resources for eligibility details)
• Children up to age 26 (natural, adopted, foster or stepchildren)

If your dependent child is over age 26 and mentally or physically disabled, coverage can be continued with proof of the ongoing disability.
